What are IFB additives, how do I purchase it?
IFB additives are detergents and fabric softeners used in IFB washing machines. You can purchase additives online through IFBAppliances.com or by calling your nearest IFB distributor. Alternatively you can walk into any of our stores and purchase the additive of your choice.
What is an AMC, how do I purchase it?
AMC is an annual maintenance contract for your IFB Appliance. You can call the IFBCare toll free number to know more. Call 1860 4255678 (from BSNL and MTNL) and 39004324 (from others).
How do I register my IFB Privilege account?
To register your IFB Privilege account, you can either visit www.IFBAppliances.com and go to IFBPrivilege section.
What can I do after registration on IFB Privilege account?
You can log into your account and check your point status and redeem your points for IFB products or gift vouchers, gift vouchers of leading brands or other branded merchandizes.

What is registered email ID?
Registered email ID is the email ID you have shared with IFB for all communication at the time of purchase of IFB appliance or AMC.
How do I enroll into the program?
You will be automatically enrolled into the program on your first purchase of IFB Appliance, AMC or extended warranty. You will receive an invitation to the program on your email and mobile that you have provided at the time of purchase. In case of email invitation, just click on the link provided and register your membership. In case of invitation sent on your mobile you will receive an SMS and Authentication code, register yourself into IFB Privilege by visiting www.ifbAppliances.com.
If you are a warranty or an AMC customer of IFB on the launch of the program (23rd of January 2012), then you will be enrolled into the program but will not have any points in your account. For all your subsequent purchases you will earn points which you can redeem for a range of reward options.

How do I know how many points I can earn when I purchase an IFB product?
Please visit the IFB Privilege tab on www.IFBAppliances.com to know the exact points you can earn with each product you purchase. Also we will inform you through email whenever you earn points in your IFB Privilege account.
How do I earn points on accessories and additives?
You will receive a scratch card along with your accessory and additive purchase. SMS your membership ID and the PIN number given on the scratch card. The points will be automatically credited to your account and you will receive and SMS confirmation. Alternatively you can claim points online through visiting www.IFBAppliances.com site and going to IFB Privilege section.
How do I know how many points I have?
Visit www.IFBAppliances.com and log into your personal account, with your membership ID and password, to know how many points you have earned. Alternatively you can call our customer care to know your point status.
How do I know which tier I belong to?
For the first time when you buy an IFB product, you will automatically be enrolled into the silver tier of IFB Privilege Program. You will be upgraded to a higher tier within as and when you fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned by IFB for that tier. Visit www.IFBAppliances.com to know about tier eligibility and about your tier status.
How is my tier changed?
The tier change is subject to the eligibility criteria defined by IFB. If you meet the criteria you will be upgraded to a higher tier and will be rewarded basis your tier status for all purchases henceforth.
You will receive a tier update email when your tier changes.
What do I do with my Points?
You can redeem your points for IFB products, IFB gift vouchers, for gift vouchers of leading retail brands and other branded merchandize by visiting IFB privilege portal through www.IFBAppliances.com
What if I do not have sufficient points for redeeming a product?
If you do not have sufficient points to redeem the product of your choice, you can pay the remaining amount by cash using your credit or debit card.
What happens if I get a faulty product?
If you have received a faulty product, please call our customer care number - 1800-258-2557 and give us the details.
What if I don’t receive the product after redeeming them online?
It will take about a month for us to deliver the product to you. If you have not received the product within 30 days, please call on the toll free number - 1800-258-2557.
